Bowser needs his own game.

And Waluigi was not even in Mario Kart 7.
But he has two Mario Kart Arcade appearances to Daisy's none.

Well a Mario Kart on a real Nintendo console has more importance than two Mario Kart on arcade.
Mario Kart isn't the only Mario spin-off.

Even in topics specifically about Bowser he gets over shadowed.

There has to be some kind of irony at play here.

He gets overshadowed by the butt-monkeys of the Marioverse no les

I don't know if I should be amused or saddened by that.

Maybe its all a subtle reference to Mario Party 3

Simply because Bowser's need for own games doesn't seem more important than others' need, honestly. I don't refuse to see that, though
The arcade/console arguement is kinda boring. Some other regulars had even fewer appearances in those games.

I'd like a Bowser game in which the goal is to conquer the kingdoms of other main villains from Mario games.

I haven't played some of these games so if they have an obvious potential kingdom that I miss, forgive me.
Space Kingdom-Tatanga
Dream Kingdom-Wart
Bean Kingdom-Fawful (separate from Beanbean Kingdom)
Dream Kingdom 2-Antasma
Space Kingdom 2-Grodus
Space Kingdom 3-Shroob Princesses
Dimension Kingdom-Dimentio
Ancient Kingdom-Shadow Queen
Treasure Kingdom-Wario
Waluigi Island-Waluigi
Industrial Kingdom-Smithy

And Bowser has the Koopa Kingdom.

The game would be non-canon so "dead" villains can appear, and they don't necessarily have to rule a world that actually existed. I made some of the worlds generic so that multiple villains with the same theme can rule different ones, and so that you're not conquering any good character's lands (Subcon, Mushroom Kingdom, Beanbean Kingdom, Pi'illo Island, etc)

Expanding on this again, I'd specifically want a tactical turn-based RPG like this where Bowser uses his own army (of Goombas, Koopa Troopas, Hammer Bros., and the like) to take out other armies and kingdoms led by other Mario villains (as mentioned in the above quote). Battles would take place on an expanded chess board (like Pokémon Conquest), and each minion would have different attacks with different ranges and sometimes different effects. Fighting and/or defeating other minions would give experience and eventually levels to that minion, making them stronger and more fit to battle. Each type of minion shares the same level, and there's a limit to how many of each you can bring into battle.

For example, Goombas would attack the space in front of them and more are allowed into any one battle, while Koopa Troopas would attack the three spaces in front of them with a piercing strike (but hitting walls and such would halt the attack and leave them vulnerable for a turn) and less of them would be allowed into any one battle (in comparison to Goombas).

Red Koopa Troopas would attack the three spaces before them, but divert the attack in any possible direction if a wall is approached. If there is no other way, they'd stop on the last vacant space they passed during the attack. Hammer Bros. would attack from 2-3 spaces away, kind of like archers and Artillery units in Fire Emblem and Advance Wars. Fire Bros. would hit every other space ahead of them from the spot they throw from with their fire balls.

Paratroopas would be support units that can also perform weak attacks if need be. They can carry units across rivers or up hills, and while not carrying other units, can only be hit with certain attacks (eg. thrown hammers from a Hammer Bros.). They can only attack if they're above an enemy unit, and dive-bomb them from up there. After impact, the Paratroopa will bounce in the direction of the user's choice, after which the Paratroopa is vulnerable as they are stuck on ground level till their next turn. Bowser would probably be able to recruit some of the enemy units during the main story, allowing for even more unit variety.

Besides just the combat, the terrain of the maps you invade could have exploration features simultaneous to the action. Switches to be hit with various means to allow new paths to be crossed, boulders that can be hit to hurt anything in its destructive path, traps that can either hinder or assist you during battle and probably more. And there should definitely be online if this all can be worked out.

Plus this would probably be on the Wii U if this ever happened, so the GamePad can easily be used for it.

Pft, his needs outweighs the needs of the many!

I know. He's the main villain, so why not just give him his own game? Maybe with the Koopalings as supporting characters, since they seem to be gaining popularity.

Verrrrry interesting concept, although I'm not a fan of turn-based strategy games, or at least I think I'm not. Is there any team that has group-specific enemies, like the opponent has the special White Magikoopas that can teleport to any location, but for a really hefty fee? Or something? Maybe we should have additional playable factions, like Mario's faction, Peach's faction... yeah, you might think Mario's faction is redundant with Peach, but I don't know, I'd think it would be just hilarious.

maybe you should start playing that dang Civilization V you haven't touched yet

Imagine a diplomacy screen with Bowser.

Bowser would be like "GRUH!! RAWR!! GRRRAWH" and it would be hilarious

oh my god, I think I'll laugh so hard.

Just don't ever give him a bad trade, heaven help you if you give him a bad trade.

An rpg game where Midbus takes control of Bowser's minions and locks the Koopalings on their dungeons. Bowser must free them and you choose which rescued Koopaling to follow you. Bowser later kicks Midbus into the moon at the final battle because Midbus can't run fast without having legs.

I mentioned this before but it's a plattforming game where th fifth player controls Bowser and he tries to eliminate the others.

Problem: Not Bowser enough because it willtake a while for Bowser to appear.

I like to know about this. It would be hilarious.

If there's Mario as well, that would be amazing.

OMG so true! :D

I am surprised that this hasn't happened yet. Aside from Mario, we have Luigi, Peach, Wario, Yoshi, Toad, and Donkey Kong. It is time for Bowser!

Nintendo, it is time for the villain to have his own game. I mean, your giving Toad a game, but what about Daisy? Waluigi? Bowser? I mean seriously.

Daisy doesn't need her own game at all. If anything Rosalina will get her own game before Daisy.

Daisy deserves her own game much more than Waluigi does.

The difference between Daisy and Waluigi is that Waluigi has more traits that would make for a neat game. He's sneaky and cheats. Sure Wario also has those traits but his games revolve more around his greed. Daisy doesn't really have much other than "Super Princess Daisy: Super Princess Peach 2" which would obviously play much like SPP.

The only thing holding Waluigi back is the fact that he debuted in tennis. But Daisy has only been in a grand total of one mainline game and that's debatable as SML isn't listed on the wiki under the main Super Mario series.

But this thread isn't about Daisy or Waluigi, its about Bowser. Lets get back on topic, shall we?

Yes can we please stop talking about the number one fools of the Mario series and back to our main villain?

Bowser should team up with King K. Rool against Mario and Donkey Kong
