This is the sprite all three Blooper minibosses in PM64 use. All of them are at different sizes, but none of them are at this "raw" size relative to the sprites of other entities (like Mario), which are generally pretty consistent with each other.

The garden variety Blooper is at roughly 75% of the base size, putting it at slightly larger than Mario himself.

Electro Blooper is closer, but still seems to be instead about 125% of the base size.

Super Blooper is displayed at around 200%, making it one of the larger bosses in the game, despite still using the exact same sprites.
