I will give Bowser's Castle a 7. This was one of the better Bowser Castles there were. I think only the N64 version topped it. This should be remade because it was a great track to race on, plus anti gravity would work. Cool shortcut here near the end.

I will give Rainbow Road an 8. Not the best Rainbow Road, but this one is pretty good. The track hangs high above Mushroom City. The road's look is cool and the stars from nowhere to give you the actual power star are unique. This is memorable for the Rainbow Chute upwards. Pretty cool track to end Double Dash.

Tomorrow, when we start Modern Day Mario Kart (DS, Wii, 7, & 8), we will do Retro tracks first, then the Nitro tracks after.

Rainbow Road gets an 8.17

This is the end of Retro day Mario Kart (SNES, N64, GBA, GCN) as well as Mario Kart Double Dash, which averages to a 7.18.

We move into Modern Day Mario Kart (DS, Wii, 3DS, U). There is a change with this "half" compared to the first half. Retro tracks are included and we'll be doing Retro Tracks for the game, then the normal tracks for the last 4 games. For Retro tracks, judge them by the same reasons that we have done the past 72 tracks, but also throw in how it compares to the original.

We now move on to Mario Kart DS! We will start at the Retro tracks with the very first track ever created... SNES Mario Circuit 1!

I will give SNES Mario Circuit 1 a 6. For the first MK to include Retro Tracks, it would be a shame if the first track wasn't one, right? Of course, it's on here. From an 8 bit track, Nintendo did a good job making it more 3Dish. Still gets it's old boring track, but it's a classic.

whoops forgot to post yesterday, rainbow road would have gotten a 3, rainbow road is still rarely fun for me
