post any random Mario thought on your mind

I would absolutely love that, I've been thinking how they could pull it off, being a fan of games that did put something like that, namely Forza Horizon 4 and Burnout Paradise. The open world doesn't necessarily needs to be large, just have enough variety and detail to it that makes it fun to explore. Diddy Kong Racing had a pretty fun hub world to just mess around in, Mario Kart could use the same.

I know in an upcoming indie racing game, The Karters 2: Turbo-Charged, they're gonna have like a test drive-like free roam debug-like map that you can just drive around in; would be fun if Mario Kart does have a test drive map that allows you to test combos or driving in different terrain or using/getting hit by items.

Luigi's Mansion is Survival Horror lol.
I don't recall any of the Luigi's Mansion games to focus on conserving your items over all-out combat though.

Luigi's Mansion absolutely isn't survival horror.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder had a great badge to make swimming levels fun, and it make underwater enemies stompable. These two additions made underwater levels much more fun than I anticipated and they ended up being my favorite 2D Mario underwater levels.

So, I was disappointed Wonder then managed to include, like, only 3 underwater level tops. I can't believe I'm saying this for a 2D Mario platformer but I really want to see more underwater levels with those two gameplay improvements at bare minimum; just make swimming bursts an actual ability, rather than a badge, you can use, like the mid-air spin.

One thing I've always wondered is-what happens to Bowser's minion enemies in the games after Mario kills them? Do they truly die, or is it like that one DIC Zelda cartoon and they just get whisked back to Bowser and tell them him they failed? I-really don't know. It's an intriguing thing to think about.

Going with the lore of the original Paper Mario trilogy, my guess is that they go to either the Underwhere or Overthere, though given their alignment with Bowser, most likely the former.

I guess I can accept that theory

I mean in games, Yoshi can eat and swallow a Shy Guy, and they remain in egg form, but Yoshi can go back to an area and that same Shy Guy will be in its place.

Makes sense, Castlevania has always been a niche series while Wario Land is branched off Mario.
