So out boredom I was looking at some clips from MP10 and I noticed that Bowser barely has any dialogue in this game.

What gives? Is he not allowed to say words or something?

This is why Mario & Luigi: Dream Team and especially Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam were pleasant surprises in this regard: I'd say that talking Bowser is definitely better than the silent Bowser of late.

I don't think he has any. That was disappointing considering he has dialogue in Mario Party 9.

It's not so bad or unexpected when the platformers do it since generally almost nobody talks in those, at least for the 2D games or 3D Land/world.

But for stuff like Mario Party or Sticker star which are full of talkers it's just.....off putting.
