What game did you last play?!?!?!?

Xenoblade Chronicles

I'm experimenting with my party a little. Other than changing from Shulk, I like using Shulk. Dunban with 151 agility is great, he rarely gets hit. The only problem is that I wish he aggro'd a little bit better since after a couple of hits Shulk is usually the one being targeted. I used Riki a bit, he deals status effects I guess. It didn't really matter who I put in that third slot since Shulk/Dunban took care of things on their own. I haven't used Sharla in a while since healing hasn't been a problem at all. Light Heal is all I need at the moment.

I'm at the part where you split up with Melia for a bit. I'll continue a little later. Nearly hit the 24 hour mark. Also nearly hit Lv40.

Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade

Beat Chapter 22. Roy is so incompetent that Shanna ended up killing
Zephiel
for him.

Also started Chapter 23: The Ghost of Bern.
I feel bad for Karel, when he was the "Sword Demon" he killed his whole family except for his sister to inherit a sword (presumably a wo dao) and he only cared about killing and now that he's old and wise and is now the "Saint of Swords" he realises that he was a horrible person and then he finds out his sister Karla is dead from an illness and his only family left is his brother-in law and his niece.

edit: Apocalypse has the coolest animation ever

Xenoblade Chronicles
I finally made it onto the first part of the Mechonis. If the sword counts. There's obviously some other shit going on in the background, probably the real plot since I've had the suspicion since killing Xord that the mission the crew is on right now will be succeeded by a much grander mission, one that is constantly being hinted at by Alvis and Dickinson and cryptic Mechon cut scenes.

I've mostly been using Shulk/Dunban/Melia, swapping out Dunban for Reyn when I need a more reliable tank against enemies that are either fast or have a higher level than Dunban. I haven't used Sharla in a long time since Shulk's Light Heal is usually all I really need. Riki just sort of exists, I've never been fond of status effect characters and he seems to be the most irrelevant character in the party. Sometimes I forget he's here. I bet he could be amazing in the right hands but I'm okay with benching him.

There's room for one more party member in every menu so I'm looking forward to whoever that is, probably someone living on the Mechonis the way things are progressing. I guess it could be Fiora or whoever is in her body. It'd make for some interesting heart-to-hearts, and this new Fiora personality is far less bland than early game Fiora. I'd be down, but it could also go the reverse where they make her into a depressing boss fight instead. I guess I'll have to keep playing and see.

Metroid Prime 3

Rundas is my favorite boss because it's awesome and Rundas is too but it's also my least favorite because Rundas dies.

Xenoblade Chronicles
Everybody survives a giant ass fall somehow, generic Fiora joins instead of the one that was more interesting (also her voice is like a chalk on a board god help me), Melia gets cockblocked insta (rip the dream), meanwhile Reyn walks around in the most dorky armour possible.

it's okay though, Dunban is happy so I forgive all that is wrong in Xenoblade world. Except for how unnecessarily huge some areas are.

Fire Emblem Path of Radiance

Finally arrived, and I played up to Chapter 1. Pretty good so far, and the characters are already enjoyable. Especially Boyd and Oscar. My only complaint is that it's a bit easy even on Hard mode

Xenoblade Chronicles
zuck fanza

Although it was super obvious that Alvis, Dickson and Lorithia were the real bad guys and that Egil was going to be a red herring. What I didn't expect was Zanza being a god, I thought he was the giant dude but he was only possessing giant dude. He's kind of a bitch, so is Dickson.

Fiora is still an eyesore, I hated her in the first two hours of the game and I hate her now. I thought her death was a cool idea since it was super traumatic for someone to be able to see the future yet not change it, it was a good way to push Shulk forward and show how determined he is rather than just getting depressed. Then they brought her back like FUCK go away you walking plot device your voice is like chalk on a board and you bring nothing to the table except the Meyneth thing, which isn't even you it's Meyneth. The extent of Shulk and Fiora's relationship is just saying their names anyway, literally shown next to no progress or development. If anything Melia got the most character development out of it, which is fine because I actually think Melia is a good character. I'm really glad they didn't go for a love triangle thing, would've just been bad writing.
I think I'll do a little bit of grinding or something since the last few bosses have all been higher level than me rather than equal level like most of the game. They were actually pretty easy for some reason but I don't think they'll go easy on me for what appears to be the end-game area or close to it. 50 Hours so far, Shulk + Dunban + Melia was my preferred set up for a long time but Dunban started getting done in by spike damage. I swapped him out for Reyn since he can tank the higher level enemies far better.

Xenoblade Chronicles

Well, I didn't grind but I'm still doing fine. I was going to stop an hour ago but then some really nice music started playing so I kept playing. I need a break though.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS
The three steps to styling as Robin:

1: Try to kill with Elwind off the top.
2: Realize that like everything just clanks with it.
3: Cry.

Fire Emblem: Binding Blade

Beat the game.

Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga

Finally figured out what to do, and I'm actually making progress.

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance

Started Chapter 2.

Xenoblade Chronicles
What's this, a final boss that is difficult. Haven't seen one of those in a while.

I died 6-7 times, half or more of those on the second phase. Not sure if the difficulty came from only being Lv77 or from the boss being legitimately hard but I'd like to think it was just a difficult boss.

Had to sub out Melia for Sharla for it, I felt bad because I always had Melia around since I got her but I needed something to help deal with the crazy damage the attacks that hit everyone did. Light Heal just wouldn't cut it against this shit.

It was a nice ending, though I wasn't paying too much attention to it.
I'm glad I didn't have to fight Alvis, he's a cool guy. computer. machine. whatever he is.

Dickson ;_; Even though he turned evil, I still didn't want him to die ;~;

100% Orange Juice

played online because I really really wanted that purple. I also got the dark purple hair for Sora and the blue hair for Kae at the same time. I played with some people that were cool, I think they knew each other so I was the outsider but eh, they were nice people so i didn't attack them ever. I would've felt bad if I killed them since none of them had killed me.
