Yesterday night I went to my school's film festival and fashion competition.

Films:
Each had to include certain things, which I think were a chicken nugget, Gangnam Style, a unicorn, a Twitter hashtag, a certain teacher.

Freshman video started out with a Rick Roll, which was nice, but it descended into a maybe ten-minute video with all of the kids dancing Gangnam Style with random other things thrown in just to fit the requirements. Add bad video editing. Stir.

As for the fashion competition, there was actually a Nerd Fashion round, and one of the kids did some awesome beat boxing in the talent round, so that was cool.

Over the weekend I ushered at my sister's wedding. Since I was the one who had to cue the music when the bride enters, I could have chosen whether or not to do it.

Never had so much power in my life. >:D

Yeah, the wedding was a blast, very emotional, and overall the best wedding I've ever attended.

That's pretty noteworthy since the toaster oven sucks sometimes.

Not my achievement, but on the subject of sisters, school rankings came out for her school and she's currently number one in math, so congratulations to her!

My parents left for a vacation in Hawaii, so I'm home alone for about a week. I plan on watching Gravity Falls while answering the door for Trick-or-Treaters on Halloween.

I haven't done it quite yet, but for a noteworthy thing, I am going to give my mom the birthday card I made her.

Well if you consider the fact that basically everyone else will be doing Halloweeny things, I would think it would be noteworthy.

So, pretty uneventful Halloween. Since I'm home alone, it was up to me to give out the candy. I watched Gravity Falls while I was downstairs.

I also had a Halloween party at work, where I brought the candy, and we all watched some HILARIOUS Halloween-themed America's Funniest Home Videos!

Also, today it also the day I started reading Soul Eater, and let me just say, what a perfect manga to read on Halloween. Spooky themes and settings, surreal images, about souls, witches, etc... TV Tropes describes it as Harry Potter mixed with Shaman King as directed by Tim Burton, and it definitely comes off like that! Looking forward to reading more!

I did just as I said I would, and did nothing out of the ordinary for Halloween.
In addition to this, I have moved house over the last week.
