So today at work, my boss jokingly mentioned how "I left the dining area in a mess last time you ditched us", and it hit me pretty hard. Like, even though I can tell he wasn't being serious with me, I felt the need to work after my shift ended because I wasn't sure if I was doing a proper job. I had a bit of a mental breakdown, and my boss took me aside and told me I as doing a fine job and I shouldn't be so hard on myself.

I kind of have a low self-esteem with it comes to my workplace. I always feel like I could do better, yet I'm too scared to ask how to improve, like it might be a sign of weakness or something. It's a pretty self-defeating attitude.

Went to the Army-Air Force game. Saw a friend of my families there.(She's a USMA Cadet)

I got some CHEESE today

which is just an excuse to say that in the past few months I've got a permanent part-time job, have been enrolled into a Diploma of Nursing starting next year, and am supremely close to being eligible for my driver's test.

Bought a copy of the Watchmen graphic novel, a couple of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic trading cards (the first non-TV episode/DVD MLP product I bought), and saw Wreck-It Ralph with my best friend.

I'd say today was a pretty good day.

I styled Kit's hair like Rin when she has her hair in those ponytails without messing up the wig! :D

that reminds me, when I was emptying the bins at my job one day I saw some My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic merchandise shoved into one of them. Couldn't help but laugh.
