I don't know, Bandages could help. Keep pressure on it (that's what you're supposed to do right?). Maybe get some help, that would be smart.

Really depends how you cut your hand, I mean there's a difference between having a hand that's separated from the arm and a simple papercut.

I cut it open, right beween the thumb and index, deeply, with a kitchen knife. Not quite a papercut.
