Everyone is Mafia: The Revival (Game Over! Accepting Feedback)

Phase is locked, all actions are in.

Since this is the last phase, enjoy some "bonus content" while you wait for the results. (aka people trying to predict aliases)

RESULTS

- Robbie Williams is dead! It was MCD monkeying around!
- Wile E. Coyote, Super Genius is dead! It was MightyMario setting up traps, only for them to blow up in his face!

Canned Bread, also known as Waluigi Time, is our winner!!

Here is a Google Sheet tracking everyone's actions across the game! You can find out who shot you (and possibly even betrayed you...?)

Now that the game is officially over, I would like to thank everyone for playing! You've allowed me to indulge in hosting a version of a silly little game I've wanted to bring over here for years. This was really fun to host, and I will definitely be bringing this format back in the future!

That being said, I would like to open the floor for any feedback you might have. Were there things that didn't happen that you'd like to see next time? Maybe something didn't go super smoothly and you have an idea to fix it. Whatever it is, I will gladly take it into consideration!

A few things I already know I would like to change the next go-round:
- I am DEFINITELY adding in a note about not having your roleplay be the same as your alias... I foolishly did not take RPs into account when writing the OP and I think a few of you guys got shot in the foot because of it.
- I mentioned this in the OP but I would like to try running this game with roles in the future, they add a bit more chaos to everything. Maybe I will do EiM with roles as an Awards thing, I have a pretty good set of roles I can pick from (that I Also may have stolen from a different corner of the internet) but if anyone has ideas for this, do let me know!
- Sometime down the line I would like to experiment running this game with pairs or teams. I'm not entirely sure how I would go about this yet so it would be a ways off if I did it.

Once again, thank you for playing! May our paths cross in the future~

i had fun with this game! congrats to wt on the win, although admittedly i was rooting for mightymario to win because it would be funny for the guy whose name was obvious and was only posting gifs of his character dying in various ways to get to the end. as far as feedback goes, i liked the additional wrinkle of aliases, i think it helps separate the game from just being "haha i kill this person because i don't like them" or "this person is too good at the game to keep alive" or similar things. the only thing that would maybe be a concern for me with aliases would be commentary from spectators: as the death sentence for me implied, my alias had a very vocal supporter who was not actually in the game, and while it was appreciated and i don't particularly care for whether or not it actually impacted this particular game, part of me wondered whether that unintentionally would backfire and put a bigger target on my back, hence part of the reason i didn't mention i was rooting for mightymario after i died until the game wrapped up. for a quick and silly game like this i don't think its a big deal, but if you're going to make it more "serious" and competitive with roles and teams and what have you (which are additions i would like to see tried out!), then maybe there should be some consideration for how outside discussion affects the game, similar to how most mafia games these days have a spectator chat that players can't access. other than that, i appreciated the BPVs, i think that's a nice way to make sure that people don't get immediately eliminated by someone randomly shooting them. i also thought that for a fast and loose, off the handle game like this i did also appreciate the phase change system of just ending as soon as everything is in, since there isn't really any discussion that needs to happen so just moving things along worked out fine, i think.
so yeah, overall i had a lot of fun with this game, and im glad to see that with this and vigilante mafia, we're in this nice era of small and fun low stakes games, i've been enjoying that quite a bit. thanks for hosting!
