Mario Kart Wii discussion

Mario Kart Double Dash's CPUs were horrid.

Nothing can be more horrid than the Mario Kart 64 ones, though

Well, the Double Dash!! CPUs can start out outrunning you at first, but you do eventually get the last laugh in the end. Of course, Double Dash!! has had a nasty habit of always making the heavyweight karts take 1st and 2nd place on the 150cc. Unless you're using a heavyweight kart yourself - namely the Koopa King, Piranha Pipes, and Boo Pipes - expect to get bullied around a lot.

I hate that nasty heavyweight CPUs in Mario Kart Double Dash. That's a perfect way to make the game boring

Yeah it's either join in or get pushed around. Even with the Turbo Birdo and Parade Kart, that would be the case with four of the five heavyweight karts; the Parade Kart's weight rivals the Wario Car's weight and Turbo Birdo's weight.

I don't get pushed around too much, even though the majority of my karts are lightweight. I just let the items do the work for me instead, since I aim quite well with a Green Shell

Ugh, I always use the middleweight karts.

The good thing is, those Spiny Shells don't make an appearance in the 100cc and 50cc modes.

At least the Boo Pipes is effective in that it's quick with its acceleration, and is super heavy. As a result, it can't get pushed around at all; it's tied with the Koopa King and Piranha Pipes in the weight department.

I like the Boo Pipes, but it isn't the only kart in the game.

True. I'm merely pointing out that unless you're using the heaviest heavyweight karts in the 150cc, expect to be tormented by the other heavyweights.

Besides, the pipes are pretty plain and not crazy in my opinion. I like beating my opponents with a perambulator.

Perambulator. Lol. That was one of my 5th grade WOW words (long, complicated vocabulary words)

Wait, what the heck? I don't remember a kart called the Boo Pipes.

Do you know what a perambulator is?

It's a gray pipe kart in Mario Kart Double Dash

It's like Petey Piranha's Pipes, except it is silver and it has a Boo face on the rear.

And yes, a perambulator is a baby carriage.

Nega-Man said:
Yup, of course. A perambulator is a baby carriage, amirite?

That's the Rattle Buggy. It's one of my favorite karts because.............

No, Baby Luigi sits on the Koopa King

The real answer is because the kart belongs to Baby Luigi

The Goo-Goo Buggy also counts. Wait, I never heard of a perambulator myself, but there's no reason to explain it twice.

Don't you just love how babies can own vehicles in Nintendo logic?

They are not really vehicles. They are plastic toys running on batteries. :P

Heh, if only that were true. And besides, you see gas coming up from behind the vehicles.

The Baby Booster must of been a push buggy but somewhat E. Gadd made it a racing car.

Baby Luigi made it a racing car silly.

Luckily, Baby Luigi trashed his Magikruiser
