Has the new episode been uploaded in HD yet?

Okay, so, my opinions seem to be inversely proportional to everyone else's.

Yeah, this was just an okay episode to me. The Smile song didn't really catch my interest and Pinkie's antics, while up to par, weren't really anything showstopping. I did like the Derpy appearance and the Reading Rainbow, and the last part in general, but otherwise I'd probably pass on this episode when re-watching Season 2.

Prior to the episode I heard Smile, Smile, Smile about 1 or 2 times when it was leaked but didn't hear it again until I saw this episode. It's a nice song. I'm not too big into the music, but the part of the song where Pinkie is riding on top of Applejack and next to the Main 6 and the town of Ponies walking behind them I found particularly the best part of the whole song as it sort of increases the catchiness at that point.

Also a little bit of a funfact. The felt scene when Pinkie was thinking was made in the basement of the director of the show Jayson Thiessen's house. He worked with his wife on it. It shows how much they care about working on the show when they're putting little scenes like that in when they're home.

I think it's weird that they're moving My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic to such a later time...

On the plus side, I get to sleep in more! :P

Also, it's so awesome that Jayson Thiesson and his wife work on Ponies on their own time! They must really love the show! ;D

I didn't like the new episode. Cranky Doodle Donkey was pretty cool, but the whole episode seemed to go by too quickly. Plus, I was never a big fan of single character episodes. (except if Applejack is that character) This one didn't even have any other mane six dialogue.

Twilight talked, and Rainbow Dash had a line.

Rainbow Dash still reads Daring Do, BTW. CONTINUITY! :D

Also, does this sound familiar?

Looks like starting with the Fluttershy episode in March. New episodes will now air at 1 PM. In the spot they used to be will be some Transformer Rescue bots show. Though now I kinda wish FiM still kept it's spot while everything else does chnage. Seeing a little bit of Batman: The Animated Series at 9:30 AM before FiM would be kinda fun. Alot better then well... Strawberry Shortcake.
This for Saturdays only, right? When looking though the comments, this person said almosts exactly what I thought:
NO! Now I can't watch ponies on my tv before my parents wake up. :( The life of a closet brony is a difficult one. :(

I wish they showed episodes after my school-time, because the show airs, my time, from 7-8. I get ready at almost exactly 7:15 everyday, and have to leave for school at 7:45, so unless I want to watch a partial episode (or record the rest of the latter one), I pretty much stopped watching them in the mornings. Hmmm....I'll make it work.

I don't have that problem. Both my parents know I'm a brony, or that I at least watch the show. My mom sometimes watches it with me! :D

Okay, my family (Mom, dad, and sister) now knows I watch MLP, because they asked me about the ponies on my computer. Now they want to see an episode, which one is the best?

I'd go with a Season 1 episode of some sort. The pilot might be a good start but if you're afraid they'd be turned off by any of the cheesiness from the first 2 go with something like Dragonshy.

Though I hope they weren't harsh on you.

They weren't harsh, I think they're just wondering.

I think I'll have to show MLP to my sister (doesn't know anything about MLP other than the toy commercials) first before showing it to my parents. Maybe I'll show them the "Teens React" and "Bronies React" videos too.

I'd also suggest giving them a little bit of history. At the very least tell them that the people who made it worked on previously successful cartoons like Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home (Lauren Faust) and My Life as a Teenage Robot (Rob Renzetti)

I've been thinking of a list. For an intro, Season 2 premier would probably be best, even if it is a little stupid at times, it captures the nature of the show. After that, it all depends what their flavor is; if they like comedy then I reccommend maybe Luna Eclipsed or The Last Roundup.

That kind of sucks, I was sort of confused when I first started reading.

I watched A Friend in Deed, and there are very few things I have to say that hasn't already been said. What I want to know is where I can find Pinkie Pie's "Smile" song, because I really do like it. If I find it on iTunes, I'm downloading it.

Oh whoops lol. Well I guess that's something to laugh about now xD

I guess it's a good thing anyway. I'd rather not think too much about Season 3 until Season 2 is over.

EDIT: In Hindsight it was a little weird with the answers not having good punctuation. At the very least you can applaud a good prank xP
