Well, I've taken care of every Expert Staff Ghost in the game. It took me a while to figure out the key to beating the one at Cheep Cheep Lagoon though.

What's your next plan?

Not much else but to do more Wi-Fi races. I've even attended some community races so that I can try to find weaker opponents that I can race against. By finding weaker opponents, that'll make things less chaotic for when anyone on my friend list wants to race me.

I haven't done Time Trials until yesterday. I finished up to Mario Circuit and I beat the slow staff ghosts on Daisy Hills, Wuhu loop, and Mario Circuit. I'll do Music Park soon.

EDIT: Oh and I unlocked Metal mario.

I should add you. I barely go on Wi-fi so my opponents suck

True, but sometimes you have to go weaker, because when you face stronger opponents, you're bound to get item spammed a lot, which will result in plenty of losses. If you want the Gold Standard, you pretty much have to search for opponents that you'll stand a chance against.

Or get a whopping 20,000 coins...

20000 coins is a huge stretch though, since you're only allowed to have up to 10 coins per race; I'm not even near 15000 coins yet. I pretty much used whatever methods were needed to get over 10000 VR.

I would still use this method over VR. It's just what I would prefer

You may have a point there. The 10 coin limit states otherwise though. If it were up to 100 coins per race, however, then that kind of achievement would sound less ridiculous.

Just beat Music Park staff ghost. And I forgot to mention earlier that I got the Zucchini, which I now use along with Metal Mario, wood wheels, and super glider.

I agree but it would actually be hard to collect 100 coins per race. I wouldn't say no to an unlimited supply, though, just make the top speed cap off at 10.

You're probably right, but the 100 coin limit would reference the fact that 100 coins equal a 1-up in most Mario platformers.

Let's say the max. coins was 100, and the your top speed capped at 10 coins, you have 15 coins, then you get hit lose 3 coins and now have 12. Would your top speed still be same, or would it go down as if you had 7 coins?

It'd stay the same. You would be able to have negitive speed O_O

I was just thinking if the max. was raised, someone with a lot coins should still slow down when hit, just to be fair.

Here's how I'd play this out...

Your top speed will increase for each coin that you collect. Your speed is maxed out when you reach 10 coins, but you can hold up to 100 in one race. If you take damage while having 20+ coins, you'll lose up to 10 coins; if you have less than 20, you'd only lose 5 coins; if you have less than 10, you'd only lose 3 coins; if you have less than 5, you'd only lose 2 coins.

I beated all cups on Mario Kart 7 Just Have to Unlocked The Gold Glider and Gold Kart

Have ya'll heard about the Acceleration glitch or something? ( I don't think it's really a glitch)
The Acceleration stat actually only reaches to: .75, 1.75, 2.75, 3.75, 4.75.
Some of my combos are in need of change but I kind of like this "glitch", makes making combos a bit easier.

I've heard about this glitch myself. In fact, I did input that info onto the Mario Kart 7 glitches article a few weeks back. Anyway, you can't get the best possible acceleration with the B Dasher, Blue Seven, and Bolt Buggy, since at best, their acceleration can only go up to 4.5. For bodies such as the Cact-X, Zucchini, Gold Standard, Bruiser, and Koopa Clown, you have to use a Feather class character, the Roller tires, and an acceleration boosting glider to get acceleration up to 4.75.

Off-road seems to operate in a 0.75 manner too, since I've noticed that you can hold your drift off the track if your combo's off-road is 4.75 or better. However, 4.5 or lower will not work.
