I think Wiggler works better on a kart than King Boo honestly.

Yeah. There's no rational way King Boo should be able to drive a cart (what's he use? the Force?).
His ghostly powers? King Boo's been hinted at having supernatural powers.
LIKE THE POWER TO TURN PEOPLE INTO PAINTINGS.

I thought he just threw Mario into E. Gadd's machine.

I really think Nintendo should stop the "retro tracks" thing after Mario Kart 7, or maybe after Mario Kart 8. Why? They'll eventually run out of old tracks and they won't have anything to re-use. While a cool concept, I really think they should stop. What I would do:

-Make the cups like they were in Super Mario Kart, with 5 tracks per cup.
-Add two more cups: the Coin Cup and the Shine Cup.

Imagine that, we would have 50 brand new tracks!!

There is 8 tracks in MK DD in Wii and DS, 2 more Mario Kart, including MK7, they will run out there is 16 tracks in it

Why 32 tracks? Why not 40? I mean, Mario Kart Super Circuit still has the most tracks in the Mario Kart series.

I still don't understand why they returned another freaking SNES Mario Circuit. I mean, ALL Mario Kart games since Mario Kart DS retro courses have an SNES Mario Circuit. I see other viable courses such as Vanilla Lake or SNES Bowser's Castle or even Koopa Beach 1.

But w/e. Waluigi Pinball's in it. Awesome!

It would be funny (and little sad) if Waluigi doesn't make it, just like how there was Baby Park, but no babies.

They're running out of Mario Circuits anyway.

Sometimes, I just want the return of a course where its music is not remixed yet, namely Vanilla Lake and Bowser Castle SNES.

Although I am happy with the return of Waluigi Pinball, I would really like to see Shroom Ridge. It's one of my favorite courses.

And according to this article, there will be "many" unlockable racers. Hmmm

Huh. I hope there are no Time Trial unlockables. I always thought unlocking characters via Time Trials was a bore.

We're twins. We're supposed to have very similiar opinions.

I agree. But I wonder how you can unlock parts without using StreetPass?

I thought the Streetpass thing was a little lame.

Unless it's just another way to unlock parts.

Well, there must be other ways to unlock parts, otherwise, I will never get all the pieces I want.

Look at all that ping-ponging

There should be. They should compensate for those that lack people for Street Passing.

In this game, even though I might hate some, I'll probably use all playable characters like I did in Mario Kart Wii. I just wanna try Honey Queen out.

Well, that depends on what they define as "many". Perhaps 4 qualifies as "many" unlockable character... Or perhaps everyone who isn't the Big 8 is unlockable...

Am I the only one that thinks all the newcomers arent bad choices? I think they'll be fun to play as, instead of the same old characters we see in Other Series all the time.

@BLOF

I do agree, I would rather have seen Vanilla Lake or something else.

True, even though I don't like most of the newcomers, I'll still try them for the heck of it

The problem is, Nintendo is wasting the good retro tracks on a handheld system. Unless the company reuses the past retro tracks, there won't be much left for the next installment.

Me too. I think the choices are okay. The only character everyone seems to hate is Queen Bee.

I'm fine on her but there where loads better choices.

Same here.

Nintendo does realize that outside of Japan, it's not as easy to mingle with other 3DS owners, right? They should just use SpotPass (speaking of SpotPass, anyone else impatient for the GBA games? I'm assuming they'll come with the update in November, but I don't want to wait that long (at least I'll have a portable MK game to hold me over until I get MK7)).
