Mario Kart 7

Go to a games event.
I mean, I've got more than 50 unique people on StreetPass at Gamescom, on the Press-Only Day alone.
Happily, I've checked out my 3DS a lot, because there were some other publications that didn't know about the 10 Mii's per queue limit.

Also, I won't expect the GBA games to come, until around MK7's release date.
Reason: That's the only Nintendo game that's yet to be released this year, of which has a release schedule worldwide, in only 1 single weekend, plus it includes Mario Kart: Super Circuit (or Advance), which is a preprocessor to Mario Kart 7.

First, I'm broke, and second, I've got no time. It'd be nice to go to a convention or an E3 someday.

I still don't have a 3DS yet, and I'm not expecting to get it at all this year either. I was told by someone to sell my DS system, but my DS is the original revision; the one with the GBA compatibility.

Anyway, for now, Mario Kart 7 is out of my reach.

The problem is, Nintendo is wasting the good retro tracks on a handheld system. Unless the company reuses the past retro tracks, there won't be much left for the next installment.
Yeah, you're right! They put some of the best Wii courses in the MK7 all my favorites so far. I'm upset about Waluigi Pinball... I really would like to see it in a console MK :(

Sometimes, I just want the return of a course where its music is not remixed yet, namely Vanilla Lake and Bowser Castle SNES.
Me too! Not only for the music, but for the course too. SNES Bowser's Castles should be amazing in 3D, especially with that twilight in the background T.T

Yeah, there's really no point in selling your DS now (only reason I did it (I had a DS Lite) was to shave $100 off the price of the 3DS at launch).

Which is very good. They should focus on making one game as good as possible before they already start worrying about other games.

Also why are you talking like handheld games are inferior to console games?

And @YamiHoshi Ha! Shyguy is fully playable! In yo face :P

>>Mario4Ever
Conventions and E3 are free for Press, and inaccessible for 'normal' visitors.
Some events are accessible for 'normal' visitors, but they indeed cost money for an entrance.

>>Mijzelffan
Thanks for putting a ShyGuy in my face.

I know that. The implication was that I don't plan on being a "normal" visitor.

About Shy Guy being fully playable: It's still uncool for non-Mario Kart 7 owners to be restricted to Shy Guy.

I guess it's because major consoles often tend to have better looking models than the handhelds. And of course, it's easier to make video walkthroughs with major consoles than handhelds (except for pre-DS handheld games).

Consoles also tend to be more powerful than the handheld games, hence why they are bigger. More powerful = better graphics.

Yes, it said the 3DS was more Powerful than a Gamecube but less Powerful than a Wii.

>>Skull Kid
Correct.

>>Ornithologist Mario
True, but the graphics card alone doesn't make a system powerful.
If you modify a Gamecube to have PS3 graphics, by using PS3's graphical chip, it's still not powerful enough to handle it, as the processor, internal memory, software, and more is way to weak for it.

Just for some humor, I did up the following discussion involving Wario and Waluigi, regarding Queen Bee and Wiggler.

waluigishocked.png
What? They included a honey bee and a worm, and yet they didn't bother to bring back me?!

wariomad.png
Oh shut up! You didn't let me play in Mario Tennis Power Tour, so I'm paying you back!

waluigishocked.png
But my track, Waluigi Pinball is back! You can't have that without me!

wariomad.png
Tough luck. You know those babies? Baby Park was in Mario Kart DS, but none of them participated in any races.

waluigishocked.png
I'll be sure to pay you back double after this!

That is just too funny.

Tough luck. Waluigi still has a very high chance of making it in

I hope that that does happen, as it won't feel like a Mario spin-off without that guy.

If Waluigi doesn't make it, then I'll question the developers' logic. No, it's not on gameplay, but on the development of the game.
