^ Why speed through the game when you can enjoy it slowly?
Anyway, I just got MK7! Won't be able to play it much over some other games though...

Hey guys, guess what? I just got a 3DS today and Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land with it! ;D I haven't opened them yet, though.
AWESOME!
That said, how to you perform a trick in MK7?

Pressing R button right before you jump off ramp

Not really. Don't like how they took out that thing... I don't know what it's called, I think it's bumper something. Like when you've behind another car and you start to GEt a draft...

Ok now. I got to play each course at least once. And while it hasn't exactly been a longtime. Let me give some of my thoughts.

I like... no I absolutely LOVE this game. Most of the tracks are pretty top-notch, and I'm loving all the Mario Kart 64 tributes in the Soundtrack (Neo Bowser City has some of Toad's Turnpike, Rainbow Road includes some similarity to the music in MK64's Rainbow Road). Considering I still haven't seen everything still, I can already tell that this will be alot of fun. The only stage addition I'm not really too fond of is Mushroom Gorge, you know that one where the computers can and will have a blue shell waiting for you near those bouncing mushrooms on the last lap screwing your whole race (In fact my very first race for the last 2 laps in this I decided to stop at the beginning of the cave because guess what, someone had a blue shell. It still cost me 1st place, but 2nd is better then anything else those blue shells might of done to me).

I also love the N64 Track remakes. And the changes to any of the retro tracks aren't bad at all. Can't exactly say it quite yet, but it has the potential to blow Mario Kart Wii out of the water.

What I've played - not much - is great. The tracks are very good, the items are a bit more balanced than in MKW...

I think they should of kept the Mario Kart Wii items.
