Mario Kart 7

I miss the ability to look backwards.

The touch screen makes up for it though.

Another combination I found that works well for me is: Featherweight Character, Koopa Clown, Wood, and Paraglider.

It's not the fastest thing in the world, but it corners like nobody's business. It's great on tracks like Daisy Cruiser.
It works like a dream on Maple Treeway.

Time for me to post in this thread.

Mario Kart 7 is awesome. I'm so glad they put in a retro Rainbow Road. dat extra percussion on snes rainbow road is beast

I'm thinking about giving my opinions on the content of this game in my future posts here in this thread. (which means you might see a rant or two from me)

I recently inputted a combo where both the speed and acceleration stats were at below average levels.

Heavy character + Tiny Tug + Roller + Super Glider

Speed: 2.75/6
Acceleration: 2.75/6
Weight: 3.5/6
Handling: 4.5/6
Off-Road: 2.5/6

It's rather unusual, to say the least.

I think that is a bad Combo.

Because he said both speed and acceleration are below stat levels

Even though I said I didn't like SNES tracks in the MKW thread, these ones were good selections, Rainbow Road is really fun and that other one is good because of the raamp witch SNES Mario Circuit 3 lacked

The only reason I am disappointed with the SNES track selection is that they used SNES Mario Circuit FOR THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW.

And that applies for GBA Bowser Castle as well

Yeah, they're not the best tracks to bring back, IMO.

They didn't bring back the same SNES Mario Circuit. In MKWii it was SNES Mario Circuit 3, in MK7 it was SNES Mario Circuit 2. And besides, I love the music in those courses. It's nostalgic, and the levels are nice and basic.

I personally like all renditions of GBA Bowser Castle.

I like GBA Bowser's Castle and SNES Mario Circuit too, but, come on, they don't need to return a rendition of these two courses in every Mario Kart game's retro track selection

I suppose that's true. It would've been nice to see Cheese Land represent Super Circuit for once.

I would prefer SNES Bowser Castle and Vanilla Lake. Those two courses and their renditions never got brought back and I would like to hear them remixed in a game other than Super Circuit for once. Or put into 3D models.

SNES Mario Circuit and GBA Bowser Castle sure have gotten a lot of attention. A little too much attention.

Cheese Land was so underrated.

Cheese Land is FAR from underrated. Most people I've seen love it, including me.
