Mario Kart 7

Cheese Land was so underrated. As were most of the Super Circuit courses.

btw respond to my message blof

Super Mario Kart also has been lacking major representation, but that game, and Super Circuit, don't exactly have a lot of memorable tracks.

I played Super Circut once, and I have to say it's the worst MK so far. I understand why not many tracks came from it.

Well it IS a Game Boy Advance title, so you wouldn't expect Super Circuit to be like Mario Kart 64.

Yeah. MK& was the only decent handheld MK

Mario Kart Super Circuit is majorly underrated. Sure, its tracks might have aged (along with the flatness), but it was really good of its time and it really has notable tracks in the series (Lakeside Park, Cheese Land, Yoshi Desert, Ribbon Road etc.).

Also, the controls weren't that bad as people might perceive it and the game is REALLY hard to triple star in.

MK&? Never heard of a Mario Kart with that abbreviation.

Anyway, the reason for why Mario Kart 7 hardly got any GBA tracks is due to the fact that all the tracks in Super Circuit are flat, just like in Super Mario Kart.

Flat =/= Bad

Why do you think all these people who played and enjoyed Super Circuit still want courses like Cheese Land or SNES courses back?

On a different topic, is anyone out there pretty much disgusted with what the Cact-X's hidden stats are? It's a major insult to a kart body that offers positive handling, and positive off-road.

Huh? What are the hidden stats?

This, I wasn't aware of any hidden stats.

Huh? What are the hidden stats?

Speed and handling for sea and air.
Drift
Mini Turbo
Stability

What does stability do?

Someone mentioned stability being the stat that affects how hard the kart will tilt while it's drifting.

Now I gotta ask what's stability do?
Fluttershy said:
When you make really sharp turns as you drift, you start to tilt onto your two side wheels, which decreases your Speed and Handling. Stability decreases that tilt. It's most noticeable underwater.

The quotes above should clear things up.

Isn't the stability stat in Mario Kart Wii as well?

Oh, but from my experience, the Tiny Titan and the Day Tripper aren't really stable cars

anyone wanna play Online?

the way to master it,

you gotta hit the wall
NOT the rock laid across the river,
the wall

although,
one time i did hit the rock first then the wall with me getting the shortcut,

but, it's a better chance you'll get it if you hit the wall

If anyone has played WarioWare D.I.Y., you should clearly understand why it's a bad idea to update a game that has already been shipped; it affects sales in a negative way.

@Mijzelffan: When I saw this...

Seriously, that shortcut is just stupid. And if Nintendo ever plans to reuse that track, that company had better fix that track up so it's literally impossible to perform such a tactic. One of the N64 Rainbow Road track hacks in Mario Kart Wii pretty much found a way to handle this matter.

Either way, I dislike every kind of illogical shortcut, as they ruin all the fun of Mario Kart.
