although,
one time i did hit the rock first then the wall with me getting the shortcut,

but, it's a better chance you'll get it if you hit the wall

I don't think you need to hit the wall. I always jump over the rock and into the water to do the glitch and it always works. You don't even need a Mushroom.

If BitF Dedede rejected Scribblenauts, imagine how he'd react if he was doing Mario Kart 7, and his opponents are cheating with that Maka Wuhu glitch.

i was stating the quick way to perform the glitch :-\

yes, that way works too,
but you'd have to turn around to perform it

with the other way,
you just have to grind into it
 
So today my sister and me went on wi-fi together. Then one time I had to race on Daisy Hills, while my sister had to race on Shyguy Bazaar, while we were still in the same group. The races both went entirely different, and the ratings also were a mix of the result from both races it seemed (I placed 1st in my own race, 5th in my sister's race, and 1st in the final total). I wonder if a cpu temporarily replaced us in each others races?

Anyway, it was so fucking strange.
 
I successfully performed the Maka Wuhu glitch today.

It helped me win against a formidable bunch of 100cc CPUs. I'll never use the glitch for competitive purposes, still.

I might have to use it for 150cc.
 
Don't hesitate to use it against 150cc CPUs. No one is going to look down on you for that.
 
Well, do you honestly think that the CPU's will care? ;)

But please don't do it against other people, barring the Maka Wuhu glitch spammers of course.

Well, duh, you need at least 20,000 to unlock the last one.

I hate coin grinding so much....
 
Not in a short time. But play enough cups per day and you'll eventually get it. (I know I have to start grinding as well. It's just sort of a pain to go through that when people who are able to actually meet other people with 3DS' and/or are very good at online races can get them faster.)

The downside for doing that, however, is that you'd pretty much destroy any hopes of achieving a 3-star rank.
