EDIT: Something has gone wrong on here with the MHG star, it looks fine on both gimp and photobucket but the white has gone grey here.

I know exactly the problem.

They're semi-transparent. Not completely transparent. I deleted the background in GIMP and the background turned a little darker. So there. I'll do the dirty work today.
