Patrick. Oh yeah, a snowball! This is gonna be great!

Patrick tries the first time: *Cube* Huh?
Patrick tried the second time: *Pyramid* Wha?

Yes the golden years of Spongebob ended with the movie
 
Yes everything did they changed Spongebobs personality to make him just a plain annoyance they also tone downed his intelligence they did the same thing to Patrick. They made it so instead of Squidward just being a jerk he actually had a reason to hate Spongebob cause Spongebob simply became an annoyance.
 
SpongeBob: Ooh, its Musical Doodle, Squidward! (sings with the radio) Round and round the record spins all day, listen again it takes ya far away. Trying to stop it is futile, so come on down to our musical doodle! (starts doo-ing)

Squidward: (turns off radio) Figures you would be into that hideous pop fodder.

SpongeBob: It's a sign!

Squidward: A sign that you're a true boob?

SpongeBob: Yes-No! That this song and I were meant to be together.
 
Spongebob: Well like Mr. Krabs says, it's now or never!

Patrick: When does he say that?

Spongebob: Usually on his way to the mens room.
