Pokemon X and Pokemon Y

i've been thinking about buying this game, but i'm not sure about it because all the other pokemon games i've played (FireRed, emerald, soulsilver, and white 2) i've never managed to beat any of them because i've always lost interest

What exactly has caused you to lose interest in past games (specific issues in those games have been fixed in X and Y)?

ok lemme think
firered i got sick of because i whenever i went into the mansion my pokemon (specifically charizard) always got poisoned and sometimes died
emerald i think i just got bored of it, idk why
soulsilver i kind of stopped at the water place, i think i got sick of the random encounters
white 2 i stopped after getting to the place where the 4th gym was, i got kinda confused with where i was supposed to go, i mean there was the gym, and then there was a battle subway or something, and i seem to remember some other places thought i might be able to go to as well

Oh, yeah, Serebii has posted the base stats of the new Pokemon (finally)

yeah, seems serebii is being cool, meanwhile Bulbapedia has shit all going on, those lazy fuckers

Bulbapedia refuses to have speculative information, which is why there are editing restrictions there. The base stat values for the 6th generation Pokemon and Mega Pokemon may not be fully accurate, considering that we don't have the ability to read the contents of a 3DS game card yet.

Does anyone think that Team Flare is brainwashed? Because they "act weird", as that girl put it. Besides, they wear masks, a sign of brainwashing. (Mr. L & Masked Man)

If you're referring to the admins, I doubt they are.

Though there is an instance of blatant mind control post-game

You should trade BMB for Yveltal.

In other news, Oddish is a Weed Pokémon, but you can't name it Weed because of the in-game filter.

No way, Xerneas with power herb and Geomancy is instant win.

I don't think you should get this game then, since I got bored of Pokemon pretty quickly too and it looks like the same game to me bu with prettier graphics. I mean I liked SoulSilver but I felt I was playing the same game again....so that's where I stopped

Don't make me pull out the big list of changes these games made.

What's this about a admin-only edit lock for every single page?
So only reliable people post info.

Lol, I forgot that I was Xerneas. :P

I haven't really gotten that far. Just beat the fifth Gym leader. Still taking me sweet time.

Greninja [Lv. 44]
Doublade [Lv. 42]
Floette [Lv. 42]
Talonflame [Lv. 43]
Malamar [Lv. 41]
Aurorus [Lv. 40]

Do you mean those minor gameplay stuff that comes in every new game that has little impact on the whole game in itself?

But seriously, I don't feel like grinding again, beating the 8 gym leaders in a slightly different fashion again, beating the elite four again, dealing with random encounters, blah blah blah.

Doesn't it seem quite awkward that the Tyrunt family has the Strong Jaw ability, and yet that family only gets two attacks that are supported by it? That seems like a big waste of an ability if you asked me.

well they've forgotten the meaning of wiki, why Wikipedia, their father, was created in the first place

GameFreak tends to waste abilities (lol fan Rotom) so I'm not surprised

They should get their own ----ing website dedicated for Pokemon information instead making a wiki if only "reliable" people can edit
