Not quite. Destoroyah in Godzilla Unleashed is literally broken. There is a game breaking bug where one attack is actually stronger than it is supposed to be. That's broken. Meta Knoght is just OP, not broken.Marilith said:
And you can't call Little Mac the strongest fighter in the game. Wait till we can play the game. We'll see how well he performs in tournaments and the tier list will follow. A character may seem OP is pre-release but be underwhelming in the actual game. I believe Sonic suffered from this before Brawl came out.

There has to be one fighting game where literally one character was almost impossible to beat with any other character. Otherwise balance wouldn't have been seen as a big issue in fighting games. Because there would be no precedent for what makes a character too unbalanced. (GP beat me to it but yeah)

Well, it's possible that they still leave a big character reveal for one day after the big direct info on June 10th. I think we didn't know Wii Fit Trainer was going to be a newcomer until about a day or two after we got Megaman and Villager in the initial SSB4 trailer.
Though if it's fake, someone really put some effort into trolling the Smash fanbase :P
