I don't even think Mary Jane will be in this franchise.

Which is OK with me, because I've always thought Gwen was a better love interest for Peter than Mary Jane.

personally felicia hardy was the best, since she is actually badass.

She also helped spider-man a lot too, and to be frank it almost seemed like spider-man had more enjoyment with black cat for some time.

Plus mary jane was damn useless, and very annoying to say the least.

Gwen stacy aint too bad though, at least better then mary jane.

i love how you're already passing rumour as truth, just because one scene in a trailer is synonymous with a scene in a comic

See, this could be a sudden twist, they're throwing you off the trail, so that they can shock you later

It's all but confirmed.

She's wearing the same outfit, she hasn't signed on for the third film, there's a shot of a devastated Spider-Man in the trailer, and you can even see what looks like Peter shooting his web to catch someone. Hell, there's even a clip in the Super Bowl spot that resembles the scene.
 
Anyone else feel that these Spider-Man trailers are showing too much. All the money shots seem to already have been shown in the trailers and I feel like I already know the plot.

Here's a list:
-The design is too old.
-Marvel is struggling with racially diverse characters
-Sony owns Spider-man film rights not Marvel, so the previous reason is kinda obsolete when you think about it.
-Why put on a costume when you could have a man walk around in glow in the dark body paint?
-Sony cares not about peoples childhood or there opinions
-No one ever stays true to source material in hollywood.\

Is that good?
