i like the idea of the pirates of team aqua being the good guys and the scientists of team magma being the bad guys

i dunno, it just seems like a loud mouthed enthusiastic pirate would be a better person to be paired with than a rather quiet and stern scientist man

plus in my original playthrough of r/s/e, my main game was sapphire, so i already got the kyogre, looking for groudon now, so, yeah
