If other amiibo figures such as Link, Samus and Mega Man are compatible, it would be awesome. Link=Bow'n'arrow(charge type), Samus=blaster(blaster type), Mega Man=Mega Buster(splattershot type), Luigi=Poltergust(splattershot type), Fox=Fox's gun(splattershot type), also Bowser Jr[Shadow Mario]=Magic Paintbrush(brush type).

Also that would be weird for Mario transforming into a Blooper.

EDIT: Aaand the leak looks legit.

hooooly shit
but he wouldn't be able to use any weapons besides fludd, so probably fake

edit: shoutout to the numbskull who decided to make ranked battles without voice chat

more like the numbskull who decided to make the ranking system be based entirely on whether your team wins or loses regardless of your individual performance

Yup. Tried ranked battles once, got paired with a shit team. Went back to turf wars and never looked back.

Turf Wars is more fun anyways.

Although I got the paint roller, I found it to be more challenging to use compared to the time when I used it during the Testfire. I think it might be because other people are better, and how I usually have to pay attention to the ink since I could run out of it once I reach the centre stage. Still though, I think it might be one of the easier weapons for me to get used to, though I need to mind the slower turning when using it.

Recently got another roller weapon, but haven't tried it. I think that the sub-weapons that came with the previous roller were hard to use, so I hope this roller gives me an easier time.

Thanks for reading.

is it just me or does almost everyone online use the krak-on splat roller
Probably, I watched a few streams and literally every time a roller killed the player, it was that.

I rather meet lots of players using Aerospray RG. I didn't test it yet because I didn't finish solo mode but it seems overpowered. It may be not the best to kill, but it's perfect fire rate makes it extremely good to spread turf.

Japan sales are almost 150,000.

I also read an article that said that they sold 97% of the initial shipments out in Japan, so they must have only shipped 150,000. I guess a lot of stores were just sold out of the games.

Splatoon definitely is doing a lot better than expected if they're selling out in Japan.

i've actually had a relatively low rate of roller encounters but if there's a roller it's usually the krak-on

people in this game are too good... i had several matches tonight where my team lost at 25%. in turf wars. it's ridiculous

i'm probably getting this game tonight and this

scares me

Has anybody faced a match where the majority of the players are rollers? In my experience, I only got matches with 3 rollers max, counting both sides (one is me). Looks like someone mentioned the Krak-on roller, which is incidentally what I recently got (haven't tried it in a match yet).

Thanks for reading.

Sometimes but shooters are the most common weapons, while chargers are rare.

i have no idea how people in this game can use chargers and actually hit people regularly

question: does anyone here play with motion controls? i feel like i have a really hard time hitting people but whenever i try motion controls it doesn't seem to help

it's like no-scopers in shooting games

it takes skill and experience to pull it off

i am now in possession of a giant paintbrush and the nes zapper

channeling the best smash characters

So....yeah the Inkbrush is kinda crappy.

Back to the Roller I go.
i hated my first time with the inkbrush but after playing with it a bit more, i realized it has its uses

it's certainly not an amazing weapon but it can be used strategically

I faced a team one time where all 4 of them were using the Krak-on. On the rig stage where it's like the best for chargers and rollers.

Talk about a massacre. We lost so badly.
