Now this guy look normal to me, thanks to the many games of Salmon Run! In my opinion, this fish looks closes to the Cohocks, the large Salmonid in the middle of the picture below:

It's not too ugly, IMO. Mario's stache needs to be bigger and I think Goku's nose needs to be lower.

This is a very amusing piece of art, which is basically Doraemon and Mario. If I were to guess when this was made, I would think it's between 2002 and 2003, when Super Mario Sunshine was fresh in everybody's minds. It's very amusing that some companies took Mario's at-that-time latest adventure as the direction Mario was going, which is the addition of FLUDD in his adventures.

Even though Bowser's off-model here, I never felt that this costume is off. In fact, Bowser is one of the few characters I am not bothered about off-model versions of him at all. I think it must be because of how wide of an interpretation Bowser have had in older merchandise, including the King Koopa incarnation, as seen in the Mario cartoons and the Valiant Mario comics.

If you know when this scene plays, could you please point that out? It's intriguing because it has Korean text, so I don't believe that it's from Japan. In fact, videos regarding Mario that are outside popular territories are very interesting, such as the one from Singapore Airlines.
