There is a statue of Lady Justice, and strangely, a large pool of blood under it. Although the victim's body is nowhere near the pool of blood. To enter this room, one would require a special keycard. Well, that's as much as we can investigate without seeing the body. Fortunately(kind of), Franziska appears and gets permission herself to examine the body, which we "borrow" by being her assistant. If you don't know, Franziska is a prosecutor working at Interpol. In Investigations and this game, she's after the smuggling ring. Well, regardless, it's time to examine the body. Any way you look at it, the victim is not Kay. Anyway, it appears she has a burn mark in her right hand. It's old and unrelated to her death, but it appears she is holding a keycard in that hand too. As a matter of fact, the keycard would happen to match the type of keycard required to enter this room. It appears that near the victim's body there is...Kay's Promise Notebook! While Kay's father was alive, they both wrote promises on a notebook. It, unfortunately, became evidence to a case Edgeworth worked in. Strangely, it disappeared under Detective Badd's guard. And now it's here! Regardless, it appears this is the reason they thought the victim was Kay. While still looking, we find she has blood on her head for unidentified reasons. Her left pocket contains nothing, but appears to have been pierced by a sharp object. The right pocket though, it contains a purple corsage. As a matter of fact, it matches the corsage that was found with Kay. Unfortunately, Kay's related to the case. In the floor, a three-pronged candelabra that matches the chest wounds was found. It's evidence, then. Strangely, the victim's clothes have buttons on the right side, but women have them on the left side. To add it all, it appears she has something on her lower left pocket. A pair of pure white gloves.

Investigation Complete.
