Well, if we go by the rule established by Peach and Mario's placement, clearly Toad and Luigi are getting married, as are Yoshi and Daisy
 
Mario is marrying Toad. After all these years, turns out Mario didn't need "another castle" to find the his other half.

Luigi is marrying Yoshi. It's not easy being green and they both know they're stronger with each other.

Peach and Daisy are getting married. Them being "just friends" has been a lie for years.

They're all very happy and I support all their relationships.
