Well of course it's fake because if it were real I'd say thats some pretty mediocre animation from a professional company.

But as a fan thing it's quite nifty.
 
Although is is pretty old, I am surprised by how popular it is. Well, the word's infamous in this case, mainly due to the artwork and subject matter.

For some reason, seeing Waluigi without a mustache is less weird to me than seeing the others without a mustache...

For some reason to me, Mario looks feminine. I am not sure why it's like that in this picture.

the page was loading slowly for me so at first I just saw the top half of that picture and thought you posted something lewd
 
He looks really janky but that doesn't matter it's Baby Luigi so I love it
