how was it
Meant to ask this.
it's probably the most stupid movie i've ever seen in my life and the hacking parts of it were extremely cringeworthy but it was pretty fun nonetheless

it was my first fast & furious movie though

I've said this in my Chappie review and I'll say it again: When is Hollywood gonna stop assuming that famous pop singer equals Oscar worthy actor?!

yeah but die antwoord weren't pop singers nor were they supposed to be oscar-worthy

their characters were badly written, but they did acted them out well enough

Filmed version of a stage production of King John.

I haven't read the play yet, but I could still understand pretty much everything they said - when I wasn't dozing off, at any rate, but that was more a reflection of my tiredness than the play's boringness. That being said, a few scenes did drag on a little and the ending just sorta plopped out without much sense of conclusion - you can understand why it's not one of Shakespeare's higher-regarded History plays. But other parts were pretty good, and most of the characters were likeable and/or entertaining, and overall, I'm glad I went to see it.

Castle of Cagliostro

i wasn't really keen on this at the start but wow it got so much better
i really like these european-set ghibli films

Fast & Furious 7

I'm fairly certain all the rules of physics and human survival were broken, but it was still quite fun to watch.

That ending though :'(

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

not quite as good as the first movie but it was pleasant nonetheless

holy shit @destroying the arena

It's Such a Beautiful Day

I just had 17 existential crises. Also, I think I now know what tripping on acid is like.
