I actually recorded this film on a vhs tape to watch a few years ago but Doc Ock scared me. I can watch it fine now though and I watched it here http://vimeo.com/38317141. The scene where Spider Man takes his suit back from Jameson with him raging about it was funny and the train fight scene is one of my favourite movie fight scenes. Now I really want the game of the film. Is Spidey 3 any good?
