Sorry for double posting, but we should be able to make text in our sigs a bit bigger, at least to 20pt.

But if we have huge sigs it will take forever to read everyone's posts.

Huge sig images already do a good job making posts hard to read.

I have a suggestion but it might be hard to enforce: Too many people with the same name:

I understand it would be dumb to enforce that with actual usernames but I mean name changes. I think one Link is enough, especially if all their avatars/sigs are almost the same.

I agree with that. What happens if some users request name changes that are extremely similar to one another, such as Link to L1nk or L|nk?

It is quite difficult to distinguish them from each other.

2. Add more ranks after 10,000, considering there are a lot of active people here (like 15,000 and 20,000 and stuff)

That's what I was talking about to Stooben and Porple via PM a few months ago. I considered adding a couple of Nintendo related people such as:

Shigeru Miyamoto, Reggie Fils-Aime, Satoru Iwata, etc.

I also thought of adding "Dark Bowser", and other Mario related things.

If you get 100,000 posts your name could be "Shigeru Miyamoto" to show your awesomeness

Good idea, maybe you can change the stars to another image after a certain amount of posts too.

Both stuff is only possible for Administrators.
It's the same as saying, "I think it's a good idea to give every single user Administrator rights."

Users changing their own ranks = Administrators, or anyone else with access to Admin CP.

If everyone can request a rank, you know nothing will be unique anymore, don't you?
And besides, it'll only make the Forums into a mess.
