Judging from that post and others on Facebook, the creators clearly are not happy with what's happening.

As they have a right to be. After all, as I said earlier, it was the network's decision to extend LOK to four seasons, so Nick seemingly uncommitted to seeing it through is irksome.

Definitely. I don't know why they're suddenly changing their mind. They did basically no advertising, of course it wouldn't get good ratings!

oh so THAT'S why i wanted to marry this character as soon as i heard her voice

Last night's episode was fun.

This episode was pretty action packed. These villains are great and I want to see more of them. I really wonder how much more there is to them. They seem to be part of something bigger, almost like an evil version of the White Lotus. The fact that Aiwei was evil and he said "you have no idea what's coming for you" makes me think there's something more.

I was suspicious of Aiwei as soon as he started interrogating. Kind of odd to only have one lie detector. What if he was lying? Who checks him?

Varrick continues to be hilarious.

Really excited to see what happens next. Sucks it's gonna be online only. I'm also kinda gonna miss two episodes a night. This one went by so fast.

i'm getting bored

they've been dragging this out too long. they haven't really made much progress on the central plot. like eight episodes in, we still don't know who our villains are, we've gotten character development on basically one side character (lin), and that's basically it

Jesus, Nabber, the season just started. Not everybody needs an in-depth backstory right now.

Just started? We're already 3/5ths done with the season and we still have no idea what's going on? By this time we already knew at least a little about Amon and quite a bit about Unulaq and Vaatu. Yet all we know about these four people is that they're criminals and they want the Avatar. We do we even need four villains if they have almost no lines, anyway?

Dragging? This season seems to be flying by. The writing has been very quick and very tight.
That's because there's been a lot of action scenes. There hasn't actually been a lot happening besides a few sideplots that don't really seem to go anywhere.

Same here. I knew it right away.

as did i.

They're supposed to be kept in mystery.
Amon was kept in mystery. These people are just boring outside of their fight scenes (also, lavabender? how can you just conjure lava? wouldn't you need to be an earthbender also to do that?)

There has to be 4 villains because they're the anti-Team Avatar. And I'm assuming Bolin is going to metalbend eventually, or something like that. He's had a lot of screentime this season, it must be for a reason.

Lava is just molten rock. No fire needed.
but how do they heat up the rock???

if they're the anti-team avatar, they're sure not worthy of that title
it's kinda refreshing after two seasons of mako to get bo lin development, except bo lin still isn't that interesting

Advisors in the Earth Kingdom are always up to no good. It's a trope at this point.

Indeed. I was getting major Long Feng vibes from him.

I didn't until Varrik showed up, and I was like "of course!"

What I thought was the most interesting part of the episode was that

The bad guys tried to kidnap Korra, instead of just kill her. Perhaps their original plan's still a go, whatever it is...

I thought that was interesting too, but it kind of gave it away when

well in the intro it was like "what do they want with Korra?" and i was thinking "um... to kill her?" but then in the episode they tried to kidnap her so i was like "oh... well thanks a lot intro that would've surprised me"

The latest episode ws great.

So, I was right about the villains being part of something bigger. Nice to hear some backstory on the Red Lotus. Even Unalaq was part of it. It seems like they're complete anarchists. I like this because a lot of the older villains were about power and control. these guys are about chaos. What I really love is that you can see where they are coming from. It makes you question who is really morally right.

Nice to see the Spirit World again. Poor Aiwei though. He'll be joining Zhao and be wandering aimlessly for eternity.

The Bitch Queen has kidnapped Korra. Wonder how Zaheer and his gang are gonna take that,
