Even though I like the Mario series, I maintain that Mario himself is the most boring (main) character in the series.
NO.
He is the least boring. Luigi is the most boring, his very name means similar in some language. I know that these are opinions, but that just makes me react like that. If you think that, you can, but please don't bring this up again.
Luigi is actually given a personality, while Mario is kept a blank slate because he's the "player character." That said, I like both of 'em.

This. Luigi is truly da best. Yoshi comes close for me, but not really for his personality.

Not yet, but people are talking about it. Look on the wiki's main page: Main Page

Mario has an amazing voice actor who's given, like, no direction, so yeah, I wish Mario wasn't a blank slate.

That would eliminate all the inappropriate Mario YouTube videos, wouldn't it?
I'd rather pretend they don't exist. Not that I've watched them.

At least Luigi has some semblance of a personality, what with him being a coward and all.

And you can't tell me to not bring up a subject again, you're not a fucking mod!

OH IT SUCKS TO BE YOU TOO BAD WHATEVER

you have to deal with other opinions like that online, sorry about that.

I wouldn't call Mario a blank slate. He technically has a personality, its just isn't very developed or profound.

Mario is my favorite.
boo-fucking-hoo
That's... not really nice.
it's the internet

people say things
some good some bad
I know. We need more disregarded Mario related opinions to keep this topic focused, though.

I love how combat feels in sticker star

New Super Mario Bros U is the best 2D Mario game.

I don't really see much point in Bowser using the clown car much beyond transportation. He's better off using his own natural abilities.
