Unpopular opinions about the Mario series

TTYD is better imo, but both it and PM1 are among my three favorite Mario games.

I don't mean about being on first or last place. I feel that the karts are too fast and the laps feel short and there isn't time to get the items like Mario Kart 64 seemed to do.

What????????????????????????? And I complain they're too slow now! Double Dash IS really fast, but not like F-Zero.
 
hope you realize that extreme-g 1 is the slowest in the series lol

3 is far faster

Adjusting to a new voice actor for any character is just... not right.
About :wario::I'm sure that many people think that Wario should just be cut. Then there are the people who think that he should have another game. I take neither side.
 
And instead give him his voice clips recycled from Mario Parties 1 and 2 so his only dialogue consists of:
1. DOH I MISSED
2. WRAHAHAHA
3. WRAAAAAAAGH!
4. Wario

and make it so the other characters can still understand him despite his limited vocabulary.
 
he had the same voice actor from the japanese version of mario kart 64, and he also said "doh i missed" in that as well

Maybe he would sound good if he had the Wii Fit Trainer's voice.
That may actually be amusing.

Only mario kart video i could find with him saying that has the mario party "doh i missed" edited in

Even though I like the Mario series, I maintain that Mario himself is the most boring (main) character in the series.

This is the unpopular opinions thread, not say what everyone says about Mario.

As much as a flamboyant Mario fan I am, I don't represent the majority.

NO.
He is the least boring. Luigi is the most boring, his very name means similar in some language. I know that these are opinions, but that just makes me react like that. If you think that, you can, but please don't bring this up again.

I have an unpopular opinion or 3. Mario Kart Super Circuit is my favorite Mario game, I loved the first Mario Bros. Movie, and I love the New Super Mario Bros. series.
