I like the Kart speed from Mario Kart 64. I feel too rushed and I miss the item boxes and the race is too quick.

New unpopular opinion: New Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario 3D Land and 3D World has okay controls, but the characters move like a big wet sack.

the only ships i like (outside of homestuck) are total jokes/crack pairings so yeah i agree ships are something that do not need to be applied to mario

Same with me, I feel he is getting less connected to the “Mario world” like if he was exiled or something. Nowadays every time he appears in a Mario Spin-off he feels like he is a guest character like Sonic, Pacman, Dragon Quest etc... I still want him to appear in his own games, but he should be more significant to the Mario series.

Also helps add more villains to the Smash series, a character type that is sorely lacking.

Well, even when DK is an antagonist he's hardly evil, usually just pissed off he didn't get something he wanted so he kidnaps Pauline out of frustration.

I've kinda heard 50/50 about this. But I've heard some people say.

"Another Super Mario Movie wouldnt work."

I believe with the right director and supervision it could totally work.

The real problem is that Mario doesn't really have a story. It's hard to make a story out of something that hasn't got one, Doom never had much plot, and the film sucked because of it.
