Pokemon X and Pokemon Y

There's the Fairy type Moonblast, to name one. In spite of changes made to all of the common special attacking moves, this still remains 95 power, 100 accuracy AND the ability to lower the special attack. Luckily this attack has limited distribution....

That attack also has 10 PP WTF >_>

Poke Balls also seem less powerful than they used to be. I don't know if that's actually the case or not.

On the contrary, I found them to be a little more powerful. At least, the critical capture rate has been buffed. I remember only getting like four critical captures the entire time I played White. However, in Y, I've gotten at least fifteen. I don't know if it has anything to do with the Pokemon you're using or facing and if Pokemon-amie affects it or not.

Actually how many legendaries we can find in X and Y

I know about Zygarde, Mewtwo, and one of the legendary birds from Gen 1 (I think which shows up depends on your starter, not sure though)

*bleep* Dazzling Gleam.
Moonblast is better in every way.

Except that it isn't a TM so it has limited distribution.

For the pokemon who get it, it's better.

Geomancy is far more overpowered, because a power herb removes the charge turn.

If you try to pet Slugma in Pokémon-Amie, your hand gets burned. There is no part of his body you can pet. :'(

i'm doin da battle mansion right now

single battle is that ok?
You just have to do at least one battle. Your rival will appear at the northernmost point in the city.
Welp I'm on battle five atm

I'll just power through these next three battles and then I'll fuck off to meet him

Can we just call Gen 6 "The Generation of Power Creep"?

I thought that was Gen V
No, it wasn't as bad. The only power creeps in Gen V were Quiver Dance, Shift Gear, and Cotton Guard, and of those only Quiver Dance was threatening.

Good grief though Geomancy is so overpowered. It's Shell Smash without the Def and Sp. Def drops. And all you need is a Power Herb to make it a one-turn move.

On that note, here's a handy list of new attacks and what they do.

The only major thing I like about this Gen is the graphics are nice. Mostly.

A lot of the mostly monochromatic Gen I Pokemon look terrible with the new graphics. Aerodactyl looked really flat and monochrome, not very threatening at all. And one thing that particularly bothers me is Blastoise's graphic, where they shrunk his water cannons so they look more like hoses instead of guns. Really lame. The real cannons were about as thick as Mega Blastoise's main cannon. It's like they're trying to force me to use Mega Blastoise, which is lame because I think his design is awful.

More colorful mons like Delphox look beautiful though. I love the way it twirls its wand before launching an attack.

I despise how Fairy type is being forced down my throat, with tons of awesome moves and the fact that it's only weak to Poison and Steel. Ridiculous.

Team Flare is also ridiculous, though not more so than Team Galactic, so I can't really attack them for that.

I haven't completed the game yet, so I'm reserving final judgement on Gen VI, but so far it hasn't surpassed Gen V in my eyes.
