I would ask why they made Captain Toad have a mustache but then again it's the same series that made Petey Piranha a girl and gave her eyes.

My favourite Mario-kun panel has to be this:

It contains Mario and Doraemon in one panel, and not in the Olympic games context! ...although I would love the Tokyo Mario & Sonic game to have Doraemon as a guest character. Fun fact: Doraemon takes place in Tokyo, so it would be doubly appropriate.

The Mario & Luigi games are weird.

I mean, every Mario game is weird. But the M&L games seem to have their own level of weird.
 
I like their weird.

They should make it even more weird.
