post any random Mario thought on your mind

Yeah, but it would be Baby Toadsworth.

Why not Toadsworth the Younger?

I feel like I'm the only person on this forum that likes Super Paper Mario.

I will admit that I loved how they let you play as characters other than Mario in the regular levels, which no other Paper Mario can say. I would hope they bring this back in a future title. Ideally (while being semi-realistic), we would get Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Toad, Rosalina, and whatever new character they're gonna show off in the game.

I had an idea long ago for a Super Paper Mario 2 where it had NSMBWii-esque four player co-op. It would have the same four playable heroes from SPM, but the story would involve something that disrupts the paradise Timpani and Blumiere were in, resulting in them joining the heroes to restore peace. So they would also be playable. Yoshi would function as a mount like in most of the main games he is in, though Bowser's Yoshi would be much bigger. I never fleshed out the idea much, and even some of the things I listed here were things I just now came up with.

On another note, I'm so tired of Toad that I genuinely hope there isn't a single one in Super Mario Odyssey.

Given how Toads are Mushroom Kingdom residents, I find their inclusion unlikely.

I don't know how well something Paper Mario would handle four-player co-op, unless it was a 3D version of Super's style of gameplay. That might feel a bit like 3D World, but I liked 3D World, so no complaints here.

One idea bouncing through my head is the Paper Mario characters traveling to different universes where the characters are made of different materials. It would have all the Mario characters I mentioned above and you could switch between the various versions of that character to interact with the different materials the worlds are made of.

Not sure who would be the villain, but I could imagine one of the Bowsers seeing the others as being composed of inferior material (although I'm sure they'd all feel that way).

Some materials I thought of for the different worlds are metal, stone, wood, gelatin, plastic, rubber, felt, etc.

I want another platformer that uses the non-linear world selection from super mario land 2

You are.

The rest are people who ironically like it, paid shills, or just idiots.*

*You're not really idiots, I love you all <3

I just also like making fun of it because it's easy

The optional stuff can make you feel otherwise though. Nowadays there aren't too many hard courses in the Mario platformer titles, but that's not to say that you won't find a tough course from time to time; one example is New Super Mario Bros. Wii's World 9-7.

Who knows, maybe some people find the new games hard if they do not have that much mario experience. But honestly, I have not played a mainsteam Mario game in a while, so I would probably be terrible. I count Super Mario Maker as an offstream game..

While the allies you make aren't memorable in the slightest in Super Paper Mario, I believe the villains are where the cast of characters shines. Never will I forget the likes of Mr. L, Mimi, Count Bleck, or Dimentio.

I'll remember Dimentio for being a Kefka wannabe

O'Chunks and Nastasia are memorable too, but they seem to be the ones least talked-about for some reason.

Japan is absolutely in love with the concept of ironic clowns.
