Yeah interesting that it turned out Zecora didn't appear like we were thinking when we heard a Potion was in the episode. But Twilight is ok because she's Best Pony

Zecora did kinda appear quite a lot early in the Season though. I think she's already had more screentime then she did in Season 1. You had Luna Eclipsed, Cutie Pox, Secret of my Excess. I don't know if I'm forgetting one but yeah.
 
She did? Because she's been in a lot of S1 episodes but I don't remember her being in too many S2 episodes.
 
She only appeared twice in Season 1. Her debut in Bridle Gossip, and a short appearance in Swarm of the Century.

In Season 2 she's at least had a prominent role in Luna Eclipsed and The Cutie Pox. She was also kinda important in Secret of my Excess because she explains what Spike's problem was.

So overall Zecora has already been featured more in Season 2 then in Season 1.

I think Bronies were too distracted by the fact that this is the only episode to prominently feature Luna to notice the actual content.

That, and her Royal Canterlot voice and pretty mane.

Another thing is that I think the HUB doesn't rerun Luna Eclipsed as often as the other episodes. I heard that the Hub had Lesson Zero air but then Sisterhooves Social airs. Maybe because some executives considered Luna Eclipsed to only being a Halloween sort of special. I don't know if they're doing the same with Hearth's Warming Eve in relation to Christmas.

It's kinda similar to how the old Spongebob Halloween episodes don't rerun as much until October.
 
That makes sense. I actually don't recall seeing much of Hearth's Warming Eve in reruns... Or the season premieres for that matter. Mostly just all the episodes inbetween.

Hooray! Celestia is finally the correct color! I'm still not buying the toys, though. The toys are still for little girls, no matter what.

Bother that nonsense, I'm getting them all! ...In a discrete fashion, so my parents don't find out and stop me.
 
I don't play with toys anymore. No matter how much of a fan of something I am, I'm sick of toys. Now Plushies are good though. My Dededoll is pretty soft. (King Dedede Chibi Doll)
 
I own a few small figures that were cheap and just use them for display to the side of my computer. And of course the Derpy shirt. I'd be honestly happy with just that.

It's nice that they're including more popular characters. But I'm never going to get those kind of toys. Kudos to the Bronies that actually do get these sets hoping the money will help Hasbro and the show.
 
I want to have a model of Ponyville and each Pony and since I'm too old to play the toy game I'll save all my toys until I have kids and I'll have epic toy adventures with my kids and my wife will say "YOU HAVEN'T GONE TO WORK FOR THREE WEEKS WE CAN'T AFFORD THE UTILITY BILLS ON MY SALARY ALONE." It'll be awesome.

If the "Smile, Smile, Smile" song that was leaked months ago doesn't show up in this episode. I will put Trixie instead of Twilight in my Avatar for one week.

I don't remember how long ago it was. But somehow an entire song was leaked. It was just the song, it didn't include the scene or anything. But regardless it was a 3 minute Pinkie song where Pinkie is singing to make someone happy. It caused speculation on when this song would be used. For a little bit some people thought it was going to be in Baby Cakes. But as soon as "A Friend in Deed" was revealed it made much more sense to expect the song in which Pinkie meets a less-then-positive Donkey.

No, I'm pretty sure Season 2 was going on when it was leaked. It might of been pretty early. I think it was sometime in November. But still.
 

This looks to be very interested. Normally stuff like Videos are put in the Mindless Junk thread. But considering we put the Phoenix Wright thing here. I'd thought I'd put this here.

It's certainly an interesting story and eventually it will have voice acting, fullblown animation, etc. And it's even better if any of you guys like Discord.
