Exactly this. Well, I do think that Double Dash's and Mario Kart Wii's are better, but they definitely don't suck like the SNES one.

The only reason I can think of is that this is the fourth time it appears. I can agree that it is a bit often for a course to appear, but that doesn't make it a bad course in itself.

And I've see often that I was able to use content at 8:00 local time here. We'll see.

SNES Rainbow Road is one of the most difficult courses in the franchise. That could be why they keep returning it.
