idle thought: one of the (many) bad aspects of the GBA versions of the first two DKCs is how they played the added story segments depresingly straight

and dont get me started on how they killed the original ice theme in DKC3 gba

There are some tracks on the GBA DKC3 soundtrack I like more than the SNES version and some I like less.

I adore the GBA version of Stilt Village. One of my favorite tunes in the series.

Today's I learned the Mario & Luigi series was inspired by a game called Tomato Adventure!

Looks pretty neat, can't believe I didn't know about this till now

Tamato Adventure is why I say that if it weren't for the Mario license, nobody would care all that much about the Mario & Luigi series.

Since Tamoto Adventure is pretty much exactly like that except without platforming.

It has charming characters and charming locations and and all-around charm to it. Superstar Saga wasn't even in the Mushroom Kingdom, saying that its success was entirely due to its name brand is unjust.

Also, as a counterpoint, Mario Party Advance.

So did Tomato Adventure, yet it's barely mentioned at all, even in Japan it's not exactly a huge hit.
